We were house hunting as newcomers to Canada. We had a stringent budget. We searched on realtor.ca app and after a long wait, we found our home. We received a call from an agent, named Mark. At first, we thought that Mark might be like all the other agents, When we visited the condo and met Mark, we found him to be extremely professional and well-spoken. He was very patient with us, as new buyers. We were not aware of the entire process. Mark explained to us each and every step and made it very simple. He was extremely supportive and very responsive. Whenever we had doubt, he immediately explained and clarified it to us to our fullest satisfaction. He was a seller agent and based on his professional attitude we decided to retain his services.
