Twenty years of transactions. A builder's education. One township.
I've been a licensed broker since 2006, across residential, institutional, building and development work – the kind of range that teaches you to read a property from the foundation up, and a deal from the other side of the table.
I trained in negotiation at Harvard's Program on Negotiation, and I hold the Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist designation. But the education that matters most is simpler: I've lived in King City since 1997. The market I analyze is the one outside my own window.
I keep this practice deliberately concentrated – King City, Nobleton, and the township's land and rural properties. I'd rather know one market completely than ten markets casually. That said, many of my clients over twenty years have become long-term relationships first and transactions second, and that doesn't stop at a township line – if you or someone you trust needs representation elsewhere in the GTA, I'm still the person to call.
My clients get a written plan before any commitment, evidence behind every recommendation, and me personally – not an assistant – at every negotiation.
"These people have thought of everything" – that's the only review I'm working toward.
